Q: What is the turn around time?
A: .I try to have the grips back to you within 7 to 10 business days.
Q: What if I want something changed?
A: .If you think of something you forgot to order initially its no big deal, just call me and I will make any needed changes.
     If you ordered a new STI grip package and want something changed after you received it (prior to mounting or modifying it)
     I will be happy to change it for you, just send me an e-mail, send the grip back and I'll have it back to you ASAP.
     If you sent your grips to me and want something changed no problem, as long as there has been no further modifications to
     the grip. Just send me an e-mail, send the grip back and I'll have it back to you ASAP.
Q: What is the quickest way to contact you?
A: .For questions please e-mail me, I try to respond to my e-mails every day.
     If you want to make an order, e-mail me and describe what you want.  Then please call me at 704-749-4920.  The best
     way for me to accurately take your order is to speak with you in person.
Q: Does the 10% discount apply to different types of grips?
A: .YES, for example; you can get a coupon from a STI modification and use it toward a Glock modification.
Q: Can my grip be re-textured?
A: The only way for me to make sure, is to look at the grip in person. There are a lot of factors involved. I will be happy to re-texture your grip as long as it will not;
    compromize your safety, my quality of work and the functional integrity of the grip.
Q: How do I make payment?
A: PayPal is used to collect your payment.  An e-mail with an invoice and PayPal link will be sent to you.
